Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rayport website, preorder services, payment services, delivery services, and WhatsApp notifications operated by Rayport ShopandShip Trading ("Rayport", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Rayport sells preorders for products sourced from China. Product availability, lead times, and estimated arrival dates are estimates and may change due to supplier, shipping, customs, or logistics conditions.

By completing checkout, you authorize Rayport to source and fulfill your preorder subject to these Terms and any product-specific notes shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis unless otherwise stated. Product totals are paid at checkout. Final shipping and delivery fees are confirmed separately when your item arrives in Ghana or is ready for delivery.

Payments are processed through approved providers such as Hubtel. An order is confirmed only after successful product payment verification. Shipping fee payments are collected separately when assigned.

Delivery is available within Ghana to the address and phone number provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Rayport may contact you by phone or WhatsApp regarding delivery scheduling, customs clearance, or order updates.

We provide order and shipment updates through your account, email where applicable, and WhatsApp when enabled. Message and data rates may apply.

Orders may be cancelled before sourcing begins. Once sourcing or shipment processing has started, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Rayport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, supplier changes, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
